LAST PRACTICE THIS YEAR

Yesterday AIC women's soccer team had their last practice for the year. The practice contained of a couple passing drills, fitness and ended with 5v5. Now it is time to focus on finals week and then enjoy winter break.

In January we will be back at it again with both lift, conditioning, and indoor soccer. Everything to get ready for next season!
